At this stage we define your project goals, evaluate the site and identify the project risks. Following this the budget generated along with an estimated timeline for delivery of the project. Design coordination is required between Architectural,Structural and Civil designs.
Once the designs are finalized (frozen), the procurement process for sub-contract packages can begin. This step is critical for cost certainty and ensuring that only qualified, experienced trades are appointed to the project.
